How to establish one of healthcare's best places to work

With the deadline fast approaching to submit for MM+M’s Best Places to Work program, we wanted to bring on a leader with experience fostering the best workplaces in healthcare.

That leader is Michele Ehler, the head of talent at UCB. This summer, UCB was recognized as one of Axios’ Top Workplaces in Atlanta.

In this conversation, Ehler offers advice for healthcare companies and medical marketing agencies seeking to create the best workplaces.
