After 3 miscarriages and 6 years of infertility, Sheri's coaching background and spiritual training led her to discover a process for healing her body, mind and spirit using a simple holistic habit approach.

As she hit menopause as a childless woman, she realized that all the work she did on her fertility journey not only minimized the physical symptoms of perimenopause, it enabled her to thrive with more self-worth, confidence and energy than ever before.
