Episode Description

In the second episode of the Business Fights AIDS Podcast, Ben navigates his diaries from the last few months of 2001, coming immediately in the wake of September 11th, as Holbrooke and Ben tried desperately to enthuse companies around the world to join them in fighting AIDS. It was hard, unrelenting work – like everyone else, the business community had other things on their mind. But Holbrooke, Ben and the global team they were putting together weren’t giving up. This was AIDS. The first global pandemic of the 21st century.
