VID-19 has brought to the forefront the fact that capacity management is key to providing high-quality access to care for all. Having enough ICU capacity and floor beds available, being able to continue to do elective surgery, adjusting the staff and nursing roster dynamically to avoid burnout are issues that have never been more important than now.
