Before retiring in 2018, Joanne was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at HealthEast Care System in St. Paul, Minnesota. She practiced as an RN and Nurse Executive for ten years before moving into healthcare IT and becoming a well-known and respected leader in the industry and with CHIME.

In this episode, Joanne discusses her time serving on the Board; discusses her professional perspective developed from a background focused on not just healthcare business, but on healthcare delivery processes; shares her advice for up and coming leaders in the industry and in CHIME; and says 'Thank You' to a few individuals who impacted and influenced her life journey.
