I'm talking to Staci DePatie who lives with type 1. Staci's working with students at UC Irvine to bring Gluki to life, including some interesting new AI features. We'll talk about how it all works, why she believes building what she calls "diabetes IQ" is so important, and I'll ask some questions about AI safety, cost, and whether kids really want to spend more time thinking about diabetes, even if it's as part of a game.
