Nurse News: Oregon’s First Black LGBTQ+ Nurse Lawmaker, Honoring Grace Adams, Nurse Arrested Filming Immigration Raid, and Fake Nurse Arrested

Pour yourself a latte and settle in, babes.  This week on Club Nurse, Colton Lord dishes the big nursing headlines: Travis Nelson, Oregon’s first Black LGBTQ+ nurse lawmaker, fighting to make nursing care a billable service; the shocking arrest of nurse Amanda Trebach during an immigration raid; a Florida fraudster posing as a nurse; and a heartfelt goodbye to ER legend Grace Adams. Colton keeps it real on why our voices matter in advocacy and why now’s the time to reflect on the kind of nurse — and human — we want to be.
