In this episode, Nancy is joined by Maureen Hodge, high risk program manager, and Janice Aharon-Ezer, clinical program manager, both from Community Memorial Health System in Ventura, California. The discussion: defining the role of family caregiver, understanding caregiver needs and offering help.
