There is no right path into implant dentistry. For some, finding ways to get involved with the profession occurs automatically after dental school, while for others, implant dentistry finds them. This is the story of Dr. Chris Barrett a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry from Denver, CO to his current practice in Rapid City, SD. Through the power of social media, handwritten letters, and networking, Dr. Barrett went from not knowing a soul in implant dentistry, to training with some of the biggest leaders in the profession.
