Owning the Journey: Leadership Lessons from Dr. ArNelle Wright

Dr. Wright, a graduate of the University of Florida, is a wife, mom, and the owner of Oral Health & Wellness of Oviedo. In addition to practicing as a general dentist, she is also heavily involved in organized dentistry at each of the three levels. She has received several awards for her leadership, contributions to the dental profession, and as co-host of the Dental Sound Bites podcast. Outside of dentistry Dr. Wright can be found lecturing and facilitating discussions on the significance of culture-driven leadership in the workplace.
