Nurse Mel is a registered nurse, entrepreneur, and content creator whose nursing career began as a CNA before she became an acute care pediatric nurse. Her clinical experience includes pediatric endocrine, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and mental health care, as well as serving as a charge nurse, mentor, and preceptor. After stepping away from bedside nursing following an injury, she founded Mel’s Crafty Corner and built a strong online community. In 2023, she was named Nurse.org’s Nurse Entrepreneur of the Year.
