Dr. Elizabeth Bradley sat down with us today to talk about her experience as a surgeon on the team performing the first face transplant at Mayo Clinic.  She shares her experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that worked in the lab for years preparing for this historic surgery.   Listen for behind the curtain details on what was involved from orchestrating the surgical theater, performing this nearly 48 hour surgery, and lessons learned for the care of complex patients.
