Emily Peters

As founder and CEO of Uncommon Bold, Emily has spent the last decade working with founders, physicians, patients, and policy leaders helping them succeed in the Bay Area’s health tech scene. Emily’s personal experience with medicine — as a patient surviving a near-fatal postpartum hemorrhage in 2016 — made her realize it was time to start a conversation about the state of medicine and where women fit into it.
