Grant Ernhart - Rolfing, Chronic Pain, and the BioPsychoSocial Approach

Jeremy has a conversation with Grant Ernhart. Grant has practiced as a Rolfer for nearly 20 years in Boulder, San Francisco, and in Minneapolis where he currently resides. They talk about models of bodywork to address chronic pain, fascia, and the role of the therapist and client in the process of recovery. They also get deep into what might actually be happening in the nervous system in the case of chronic pain and how those patterns could have developed, and how they might be changed.
