Tom Cotter, MPH, has served as executive director at Healthcare Ready since June 2022. With over 15 years of experience in public health and emergency management, he has spearheaded innovative global strategies for emergency response. Cotter, who holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University, has a strong background in public health and emergency response. Prior to Healthcare Ready, he served as the director of emergency response and preparedness at Project HOPE. Cotter's career includes developing and managing programs in various countries for non-profit organizations, and he has been an emergency response coordinator for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services since 2013.
