Workplace Violence w/Marla Poston

Charlene talks with Marla Poston, Director of Patient Care Services at Sharp Healthcare. AB977 and AB2975 are two recently signed bills that address the problem of workplace violence in hospitals. The ACNL Health Policy Committee has been following these bills closely, and Marla is here to talk about the current state of workplace violence and what changes these new bills will bring.
