Charlene talks with Calah Raab, whose DNP project focuses on nurses’ attitudes and preparedness toward delegation to Nursing Assistant Personnel. Charlene and Calah talk about the risks and liabilities of delegating to unlicensed personnel, the temptation to do everything and the difficulty of giving up control, and how delegating properly can reduce stress for everyone on the team.
