Special Episode: Resident Involvement in Advocacy

At the AAOS 2021 Annual Meeting, podcast host and Resident Assembly Chair Austin Beason, MD, recorded a live, on-site interview with Douglas Lundy, MD, MBA, FAAOS, who is Chair of the Advocacy Council and host of the AAOS Advocacy Podcast. They discussed the value of increasing resident engagement in advocacy, which is a key initiative of the Resident Assembly. Participating in advocacy action alerts, joining the PAC, or becoming involved with state orthopaedic societies are just some of the ways they describe in the episode.
